Okanagan orchard fruit smoothie, served with a home baked muffin.

"Torrijas", the Spanish version of French toast, ours is served with a cherry and icewine compote, pecan whipped butter and maple syrup.

2 fried eggs served on a toasted corn tortilla,
fire roasted chili and tomato sauce,
manchego cheese and fresh cilantro.
